Mark Wainwright

Mark began his career as a trainee estate agent in Redditch in 1995. He enjoyed climbing the ranks and gaining vast experience working with a large corporate estate agent for nearly 20 years, but he is now in his element, running his own successful business.

Samantha Cerrone

Office Manager |

Sam joined Vizors in 2017 and is the overall Office Manager. Sam has worked locally in Estate Agency for over 12 years and has a passion for exceptional customer service.

Sharaine Wakefield

Lettings Manager | M.A.R.L.A

Sharaine heads up the Lettings team. She grew up in Redditch and lives in Redditch, meaning her local knowledge is exceptional. Having worked within Lettings and Property Management for over 13 years Sharaine's experience is superb.

Chris Targett

Assistant Manager |

Chris has worked in estate agency for over 4 years and has a wealth of experience in residential sales. Chris believes that everything starts with relationships with his clients, ensuring that he is a friendly voice at the end of the phone. In his role as the Assistant Manager, Chris supports Samantha to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Gina Craig

Accounts & Lettings |

Gina manages the accounts, so if you are a landlord or tenant she will be able to help you with your rent statements and repair issues. Gina also is responsible for organising all the annual gas safe certificates and instructing repairs.

Lauren Beaman

Sales Negotiator |

Lauren is a Negotiator on the sales side of the business and thrives working with people helping them with their properties. Lauren lives in Studley and thus, has a great local knowledge.

Elaine Dolan

Sales & Lettings Negotiator |

Elaine is proud to have worked for Vizors for over 20 years and as such, there is not much she does not know about the property business. She has a large family who she enjoys spending time with and loves knowing a job is completed to the best of her abilities.

Kerry Ingham

Lettings Negotiator |

Kerry has worked in Lettings for nearly two years. She supports Sharaine to ensure the Lettings department runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Kerry shares a passion for delivering a quality service through excellent communication.

Kelly Wainwright

Lettings Assistant |

Kelly supports the Lettings team and helps to make sure that our landlords and tenants needs are met and that all the necessary paperwork is in place.
